After a brief introduction to the exhibition, the music label <strong>PATCHING FLOWERS<\/strong> from Leipzig will play at the opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opening Hours: 29.9. &#8211; 5.10. 2 &#8211; 5<u>pm<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The title of the exhibition\u00a0<strong>\u2018Schlingischlongi &#8211; vom M\u00e4andern\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0refers to the way I work. Immersed in a new theme, a new period of work, my path meanders like a meandering river. The various works sometimes extend a little more in this direction and sometimes a little more in that direction. The meandering river seeks a path, branches out, forms main and secondary strands. What I show, what the content of the work is, is based on themes that are currently preoccupying me. On the edge of my sofa are books such as \u2018Trigger Points\u2019 by Steffen Mau, \u2018Rhizome\u2019 by Deleuze and Guattari, \u2018Resonance\u2019 by Hartmut Rosa, \u2018Staying with the trouble\u2019 by Donna Haraway. I am interested in tension, in holding together, in drifting apart. What do we need to be able to withstand conflict and diversity? How fine must the spun web, the root system, the rhizome be? I can&#8217;t find any verbal answers.
