On the ground floor there is a showroom and a fully equipped workshop. The scholarship holders’ apartment is located on the first floor in which one established artist and one young artist live and work.
In 1981 the businessman Dr. Hans Hoch died. He entrusted most of his wealth to his home town Neumuenster.
